Matt Hancock handed track and trace to Serco, Sitel and co, but last Monday we forced them to admit that their privatised system isn't working.
They're trying to make it seem more locally led, but not much has changed and private companies are likely to get a juicy new contract. All this means still more delay and more of our community at risk of this awful virus.
